I provide the lunch time meal and both a morning and afternoon snack. All of my meals are planned using the Canada Food Guide. Lunches will incorporate all four food groups and each snack will have at least two food groups covered. My lunches are all warm home cooked meals.

Please let me know if there are any foods that your child is allergic to or if their are foods that you have not yet introduced to your child.
